Healthy snacking is a really important part of a toddler’s diet. But coming up with fun and nutritious ideas everyday can be a real challenge. So we’ve put together this master list of easy and healthy snacks for toddlers! These kid friendly snacks will satisfy even the pickiest eaters (I promise all the veggies are carefully hidden!).

Toddlers can be so busy exploring the world to slow down and eat full meals. Not to mention they get so easily distracted at mealtime. As a result, your little one often gets pretty hungry between meals. That’s when you bring on the snacks! Goldfish or animal crackers don’t hurt once in a while but packaged snacks for kids are typically unhealthy and low in nutrients. All the snacks on this list are yummy and easy to whip up! Sometimes, the easiest thing to do is to grab a snack from the fridge or the pantry that requires no prep at all! These are my go to healthy snacks for my little one.
